3. Customer Eligibility

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines displayed on OzusGrobit are estimated and not guaranteed.

Customers located within supported service areas may receive same-day delivery where available.

Customers residing outside selected delivery areas, remote locations, or areas beyond seller coverage may receive deliveries:

• By the end of the same business day; or
• On the next business day; or
• Within a reasonable timeframe depending on logistics availability.

Delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, strikes, internet outages, public holidays, seller issues, or force majeure events shall not create liability against OzusGrobit.

5. No Refund Policy

All orders placed through OzusGrobit are final.

OzusGrobit follows a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

Refunds shall not be provided for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect product selection.
• Delayed deliveries.
• Customer unavailable during delivery.
• Incorrect address provided by customer.

Ozus App and VNivid Technologies do not manufacture, inspect, certify, guarantee, or warrant products sold by independent sellers.

11. Delivery Partner Disclaimer

Delivery partners operate independently.

Ozus App and VNivid Technologies shall not be responsible for:

• Delivery delays.
• Parcel loss.
• Product damage during transit.
• Road accidents.
• Theft.
• Vehicle breakdowns.
• Personal injury.
• Property damage.
• Actions of independent delivery partners.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ozus App and VNivid Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Direct losses.
• Indirect losses.
• Consequential losses.
• Business interruption.
• Loss of profits.
• Loss of revenue.
• Loss of data.
• Product loss.
• Parcel loss.
• Delivery failures.

Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
